At Durango Nature Based Counseling, healing is rooted in connection—to land, lineage, and authentic self. My approach weaves together eco-therapy, somatics, and decolonizing practices to support clients in finding resilience, joy, and grounded presence. Individual Counseling

One-on-one sessions that center your unique story, grounded in nature-based, somatic, and decolonizing approaches. Together, we explore healing through connection—to self, land, and the wild threads of who you are.

Groups 

Small, heart-centered circles for shared healing, play, and connection. These groups offer a space to be witnessed, deepen self-awareness, and grow in community with others. Rooted in nature-based practices and collective care, group work invites transformation through belonging.

Retreats

Immersive, earth-rooted experiences designed to nourish your spirit and reconnect you with your inner wilderness. Through ritual, rest, and presence, retreats invite deep healing and authentic transformation.
